| Details: Worm’s Way Group, retailer/wholesaler/manufacturer of indoor and organic gardening supplies, is in search of a Product Development Design Assistant for our home office in Bloomington, IN. This position will support the departmental director in the design, development and procurement of new products. Through design work and coordination of internal interdepartmental activities with outside vendors, the qualified candidate will expedite the development and introduction of new products. Ability to assist the departmental director in the administration of Product Development activities will also be an essential job component. This position requires day to day communication with management and subject matter experts to ensure successful project execution. Projects vary and will require flexibility and utilization of appropriate design tools and methods. Successful candidates must be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, great attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills and an interest in our industry.
